Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled tour date or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Please note that refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the booking process.
